The complex has been operating since 1988. Katia Beach Hotel is composed of 2 separate buildings (that include 38 studios and apartments) set in an amazing and beautiful garden. There are 2 swimming pools, one for adults and one for young kids, surrounded by sun beds.
There is a restaurant and bar serving home made food, drinks and cocktails. The complex is located 50 meters from a secluded pebble beach on the north east coast of Corfu, facing the coastline and the high mountains of Albania. The nearest supermarket is within 100 meters of the complex. The lovely village of Kassiopi (about 1.2km away) is situated on a very picturesque sheltered harbor where there are many of colorful waterfront bars, restaurants, local tavernas and shops ...
There are 2 types of accommodation: Studios sleeping from 2-3 people. Apartments sleeping from 4-5 people. All rooms have private balconies, WC, shower room and kitchenette. The kitchenette provides the necessary cutlery as well as toaster, kettle, fridge and 2 ringed cooker. The balconies overlook a beautiful view of the garden lawns and the swimming pool. Almost all the rooms are air-conditioned and they have safe deposit box (extra charge payable locally). Katia offers you daily cleaning service and change of bed linen and towels 2 times per week. At the pool side-bar/restaurant Joanna & Alex will give you a very warm welcome and will be pleased to take care of you. You can purchase breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner, ice-creams, refreshing drinks, spirits and cocktails at the poolside bar/restaurant. Also at the bar you can spend some of your time playing pool/billiards, table tennis and card games. There are also 2 TV's where, if you wish, you can watch live sports and films.
