Kali-thea apartments is a property of four luxurious apartments located on a hillside of Agios Stefanos, Corfu. The property consists of two apartments for four persons and two apartments for two-three persons. Each apartment preserves the traditional style offering high standard of accommodation.  “Kali thea” means nice view and this is absolutely reflected to what you will see as you enter into your apartment. The first thing we strongly suggest you do is go onto your balcony and absorb the spectacular view. Trust us, you will never forget it!

The swimming pool / children’s pool is spacious and private for the residents of Kalithea apartments for swimming and sunbathing with sun beds and umbrellas available. It is set in a quiet environment with lush green surroundings. Kalithea apartments have a large garden, where you can relax throughout the day and evening. You can also enjoy cooking and dining al fresco with your family and friends in the barbeque area. Car hire is highly recommended for your use throughout your stay, as Kalithea apartments are set above the heart of Agios Stefanos village. There is also a public path that after an approximate 15 minute walk leads down to St Stefanos village.

The first major escape from tourist development is found in AGIOS STEFANOS. It is a lovely, isolated and shady cove with a small, but attractive, pebble beach. It is also a favourite target with day tripping boats and tends to get very busy as the day wears on. Apartments here are mostly upmarket and this is reflected in the local prices which are high even for Corfu.
There are four tavernas on Agios Stefanos beach and a couple more in the village where there is also a mini market and a few half-decent gift shops (we are more upmarket now). There are sun beds on the beach but no facilities so it's a case of spending a few euro in the tavernas if you want to use the toilets. The waters are not shallow and the shingle drops very steeply into the sea so not recommended for children. The sea also suffers from gobs of washed up seaweed and sea urchins on the rocks. It should not be confused with the resort of the same name on the North West coast. The narrow, winding road down to the beach is steep and difficult, not least because you will repeatedly want to stop to take photos.
